What is TaxDome?
TaxDome is our secure client portal, designed to provide you with a smooth and efficient client experience. We have implemented this portal to give you better access to key information and services, as well as enhanced security.
TaxDome Client Portal
TaxDome provides both a client portal on the web and the TaxDome Client Portal mobile app for iOS and Android.
In the client portal, you can:
- Scan (mobile app only) and upload documents
- Complete your client tasks
- Track the progress of your return
- Sign documents & pay for our services
- Communicate with us in real time
Security: The TaxDome client portal is SOC 2 certified, ensuring the highest level of security for your data, and supports two-factor authentication (2FA), exceeding IRS security requirements.
How do I get started?
Starting your tax return takes just a few simple steps:

Request a TaxDome onboarding link below:

Follow the instructions for activating your TaxDome client portal account.

Sign our engagement letter
This will be sent in the client portal upon account activation.

Upload all of your tax documents using the client portal.
Tax Service Document Checklist -
Check the box “All documents uploaded” in the Tasks tab.

We will then begin preparing your return.
From there, you’ll follow prompts in the client portal and respond to our communication as needed to prepare your return. You can easily complete the entire process with the mobile app!
Please call our office if you encounter any trouble onboarding your account. You may also chat with us via the TaxDome app!
